1. Acceptance of Terms

By using My Tank you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

3. Virtual Currency

Any in-app currency, rewards, or collectibles have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money outside the app.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos and catch details you upload. You grant My Tank a license to display this content within your aquarium and, where applicable, community features.

5. Intellectual Property

All app artwork, branding, and code are the intellectual property of My Tank and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not attempt to disrupt the service, exploit bugs, harass other users, or upload unlawful content.

7. Limitation of Liability

My Tank is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which My Tank operates.
